As you may know, PES has a Dreamer program for employees to participate in. Once a month, we get to meet individually with our Dream Manager to work toward achieving our goals and dreams (it’s our favorite meeting).

Recently, we had to say goodbye to one of our CA’s, DeAndre, as he is moving onto one of his dreams – recruiting for a college football program in Southern California! This hits a few of his dreams, as he lives for sports and also wants to further his college education, which he can now do for free as he works for his college.

We are so happy for DeAndre, and can’t wait to see what our other dreamers achieve!
