Because PES cares about our teams working well together, we have new-hires take a few assessments to name their top 5 strengths, as well as how we work best in different environments. We have a little board up in our break room (above) that’s fun to look at when we’re all together – it’s always interesting to see the similarities we have with one another 🙂
