Call Center KPI’s

Our Call Center has their eyes on our goals minute-by-minute with a screen that shows them several KPI’s at once.On the top left, they keep track of the calls coming in, along with how long a customer has been waiting. On the bottom left, they can see who is available to take a call. In the middle, they’re able to see what text messages are coming through. Lastly, on the right-hand side of the screen is an up-to-date view on where each CA/TM team is at with their PSO goals.
