If you saw our post from last week, we celebrated Founder’s Week the week of July 16th in honor of Bill Burrell, who founded our company in 1979. The reason we chose the week of July 16th is because Bill’s birthday would have been July 19th. We celebrated with cake on that day, which also happened to be plaid day (Bill loved to wear plaid)! Lots of plaid pictures below, as well as our Chipotle spread, which is what PES was kind enough to bring in for lunch on the last day of Founder’s Week.
