Meet the Brain Power Behind It All
From a small shop over 35 years ago, to today’s expansive team, PES is your partner.
Executive Team

Kelly has been part of the Power Equipment Industry since high school. From picking parts in the warehouse years ago to working in the accounting department, she’s enjoyed the journey. After graduating with a degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oregon, Kelly took over the operations side of PES, and helped tripled its size. She is an avid half-marathon runner and immensely enjoys her husband’s cooking. During football season, she’s decked out in yellow and green, cheering on her Oregon Ducks.

Pete, Co-Owner of PES, brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales. With all of his experience, Pete is a natural at running the sales and marketing side of PES. He is the poster child of our core values, championing humor. A passionate chef, Pete completed a boot camp at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), and remains a frustrated golfer. As an Oregon State fan, you’ll find him sporting orange and black when Kelly’s not around, yelling “GO BEAVS!”

David earned a degree in Business Information Systems and Supply Chain Management. Yes, that actually exists. This California native came to PES with over 15 years of experience in distribution, manufacturing, and product development, transforming our organization using LEAN methodology. But don’t worry, he’s not a total nerd. In David’s spare time he can be found driving fast and working on vintage cars.

Joe came to PES with 23 years of experience in sales and leadership, including working for Home Depot as the NW Regional Director, managing 90 stores. He has owned two family businesses, so he truly understands the daily challenges an independent dealer faces. Having just traded in his original 1969 Corvette for an RV bus, you’ll find Joe spending his weekends enjoying the Pacific Northwest fly-fishing, wakeboarding, and camping.
